
Rider Loyalty
The Free Enterprise System has developed an innovative program to build customer relationships and loyalty. Some of the objectives are to:
- Reward existing regular riders
- Encourage greater use of the transportation service by infrequent or new customers
- Develop partnerships with well-known brands and local companies to provide added value to riders
The Loyalty Program is a structured marketing effort that rewards, and therefore encourages, ridership behavior. We can create a Rider Loyalty Card, Rider Rewards Card, or Shuttle Club Card. Like any loyalty program, points are given for each use of the shuttle system. The act of swiping an ID card through a ridership reader, records the ride and the points.
Points can be redeemed for labeled goods, or be offered discounts for goods and services by working with local businesses. We will team up with the leading local commercial brands to bring riders specific or limited duration offers with discounts at cinemas, restaurants, book and music stores, entertainment, etc. Collaboratively we can create different levels of ridership (the Platinum, Gold and Silver Levels) and offer special premiums/recognition for their participation.
